I am writing this for my daughter and to that extent, this
is a judgement of a father. She is quite family oriented,
socially very adjustable and minimum hassles. She is very
fond of reading and equally fond of outdoor activities.
Twice she had attended two week mountaineering camps in
Manali and once took a two week holiday in Europe with her
friend Manasi. Since she has two younger siblings, she is
quite used to sharing things and being always in company.
She is introvert in the first encounters but is very frank
after a couple of meetings. She is in final year computer
engineering at PUNE, has done 4 levels of German language
from Max mullers and so would like to make an career in
software though this would follow first priority which is
family.
Family
Father is a senior police officer ( IPS) and mother is lecturer in a B Ed
college, Mumbai. Presently, father is posted in Europe since 4 years. One
younger sister is in 1st year arts in St Xaviers, Mumbai and youngest brother is
in std 8 also in Mumbai.
We have typical middle class maharashtrian family values in that the belief that
it is your own work which will advance you in life and your good work shall
always yield dividends even if there are delays.
while we are flexible and certainly not rigid about expectations from would be
life partner of Jui, what one would look for is good family background, simple,
funloving and affectionate personality, and a software engineer with a decent
job, however, there are so many undefináble characteristics which become known
only after first acquaintance. I would personally also have preferrence for
green card holders. We could further elaborate and discuss after first contact.
