Our daughter is a very warm hearted, affectionate, caring
and straightforward/simple person, who is at ease with
herself and others around her at home, in her social circle
and at work. When in company, she loves to talk and have
fun.
She is very serious about her work and puts in a lot of hard
work. Does not mind long hours at work, if required.
She would like to have the option of continuing to work and
grow professionaly after her marriage.
Is a good mix of Indian and western values, having lived in
India (12years), Switzerland (7 years) and USA (nearly 6
years). She is at home in Europe, USA and India.
She is social, has a good sense of humour, likes to spend
time with friends, watch plays and travel. She is fond of
reading, plays the guitar, likes to watch TV, and work out
at the gym or go jogging. Has run the half marathon in New

Family
Highly educated family of professionals and bureaucrats. Father is a senior
official in a UN Specailized Agency in Geneva, Switzerland. Mother also works in
the same UN Agency. Paternal grandfather, based in Delhi, retired as Principal
of an important campus college of Universty of Delhi. Maternal grandfather,
based in Bhopal, was in the IAS.
