Log into your Shaadi Karoge account

Click on the My Shaadi tab

Click on the My Email Manager

Scroll down the page and select the boxes for those e-mail offers you wish to receive.

Click on the "update my subscription" button.

Once you do this, your e-mail address will be promptly removed from the distribution lists for those categories you have opted out of.
