How long does it take to activate my matrimonial account after I place an order?
If you pay for the membership using a credit card, then the account is activated within 8 hours. But if you pay using a cheque, demand draft or a bank draft then the account is activated within 3 working days.
I have already paid for my premium membership but my matrimonial account is still not active. Why?
If you have sent us your payment via demand draft it is possible that we have not received the payment yet. Your Premium Matrimonial Membership will be activated only once we receive the payment. We will notify via email you once we receive payment and activate your premium Membership. So please be patient.
Optionally, if you made payment via your credit card online, and your account is still not active, then it is possible that we suspect a violation of our service agreement or require some more information from you. Also, it sometimes takes upto 12 hours for notification to reach us. Once again, we will get in touch with you via email regarding the status of your account so please be patient.
What is the refund policy of the ShaadiKaroge.com matrimonial service?
Since we allows members to communicate with other members before they pay, we generally do not refund membership fees. This policy while providing value for money for ShaadiKaroge.com members also ensures that the company is protected.
